"Shellee's holistic approach to my exercise and dietary requirements resulted in my loss of 10 kgs and 25 cms over an 8 week program. "I have trained with Shellee for about 2 years. Through this time she has seen me through pre, post and pregnant states. It is to Shellee's credit that I still go to the gym and it is the longest I have ever stayed fit despite (due to having a baby), for once having a decent excuse not to work out! Shellee's greatest skills are her direct yet easy going manner and her ability to tailor sessions to specific needs and mental states. Lately we have been focusing on strengthening specific weak areas borne from childbirth and child rearing using a lot of yoga and pilates techniques in addition to weight and cardio training.
